  • No DUI or other drug-related driving violations in the past seven years
  • No more than three total violations in the past three years

Applicants for ride-sharing services are required to satisfy the following criteria as well:

  • No criminal convictions in the last seven years for any of the following:
    • drug-related offenses
    • driving-related offenses
    • violent crimes
    • felony offenses
